ABIDING IN THE VINE
The Walker Sermon notes were created to help you draw near to God through the sermons we hear each week. James 4:8 says; if we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. This is the process of "abiding in the vine". John 15 says; Jesus is the vine, we are the branches; if we abide in him and his word abides in us we will bear much fruit.

JOSHUA 1:8
God gave Joshua the prescription for abiding in the vine through the lost art of "Biblical meditation". Unlike eastern meditation which involves quieting the mind, "Biblical Meditation" involves quickening the mind with God's word. That we would not be just informed, but transformed by the renewing of our mind.
SEVEN SIMPLE STEPS
The Walker Sermon notes are specifically designed for Biblical Meditation. By utilizing four basic principles within Joshua 1:8, we developed Seven Simple Steps to help you abide in the vine and bare much fruit.
